Coordinator Update (Nikki Lindberg)
- Fix It Loan
- Expended all money; cannot take on more loans unless we contribute additional funds
- Are we interested in contributing more funds to the program? In doing so, we could loan it out and collect additional interest over the term of the loan.
- Discussion surrounding whether or not we want to extend this program. We have collected $35,000 in interest and it was discussed whether or not it makes sense to redirect this back to the program.
- Interest definitely exists among the board to consider an addition.
- Motion to carry $50,000 to the fix it loan program
- Consensus this is one of the few opportunities to generate some revenue for the board/neighborhood
- December newsletter – Fire on Ice, Renter event, Happy Hour
